Senior Product Designer

Fieldstone Software makes field-service management tools for HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors. Technicians use our mobile app on roofs and in crawl spaces; dispatchers use our web app all day. We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the dispatcher experience.

What you will do

  • Lead design for scheduling and dispatch, from research through shipped pixels
  • Run regular customer visits and usability sessions with dispatchers
  • Evolve our design system in Figma alongside two other designers
  • Partner with a product manager and six engineers in a weekly release cadence

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years designing complex B2B web applications
  • A portfolio showing dense, data-heavy interfaces made simple
  • Strong interaction-design fundamentals and clear rationale for your decisions
  • Experience with design systems and close collaboration with engineers

$150,000 to $175,000 base, equity, health coverage and a home-office stipend. Remote within the US; the design team meets in San Francisco every other month.
