Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Northwind Health builds the patient-scheduling platform used by more than 300 clinics across the Mountain West. We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features end to end, from the Postgres schema to the React screens our clinic staff use every day.

What you will do

• Design and ship features across a TypeScript, Node.js and React codebase
• Lead technical design reviews and mentor two mid-level engineers
• Improve reliability of our appointment-sync service (99.95% uptime target)
• Work with product and clinical advisors to turn requirements into shippable increments

What we are looking for

• 6+ years building production web applications
• Strong SQL and data-modelling skills; Postgres preferred
• Experience with HIPAA-regulated systems is a plus
• Clear written communication; we are a remote-first team

Compensation and benefits

$145,000 to $170,000 base, equity, 401(k) with 4% match, medical/dental/vision, and a $1,500 annual learning budget. Remote within the US, with quarterly on-sites in Denver.
