Registered Nurse – ICU (Nights)

Cedar Ridge Medical Center is a 420-bed acute care hospital in central Phoenix. Our 24-bed ICU is adding Registered Nurses to the night shift (three 12-hour shifts a week, 7 pm to 7:30 am) as we open a new cardiac step-down unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for critically ill adult patients with a 1:2 ratio
• Titrate vasoactive drips, manage ventilated patients and respond to codes
• Document in Epic and hand off clearly at shift change
• Precept new graduate nurses after your first six months

Requirements

• Active Arizona or compact-state RN licence
• BLS and ACLS; CCRN preferred
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Able to work every third weekend and a rotating holiday schedule

Pay and benefits

$87,000 to $116,000 a year depending on experience, plus a $6/hour night differential, a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years, tuition reimbursement, and medical coverage from day one.
