# Available Job Data

## Overview

The plugin [syncs job data](https://loxo.w4dev.com/docs/synchronizing-jobs/) from your Loxo account into WordPress. This page lists all the data fields the plugin imports. Each field is available to display on your site.

## Core Job Data

- **Job Title** — The job position name. Configurable to use either the Loxo title or published name.
- **Job Description** — Full HTML job description. The plugin provides formatting options to clean up inline styles imported from Loxo.
- **Publication Date** — When the job was published in Loxo.
- **Expiration Date** — When the job listing expires. Defaults to 180 days from publication if not set explicitly.

## Location

- **Street Address**
- **City**
- **State / Province**
- **Country** (with country code)
- **Zip / Postal Code**
- **Location Type** — Remote, On-site, Hybrid, etc.

Use the plugin settings to control which location elements appear.

## Compensation

- **Salary** — Formatted display string (e.g., “$80,000 – $120,000”)
- **Salary Min / Max** — Numeric range values for structured data
- **Currency** — USD, EUR, GBP, etc.
- **Pay Period** — Hourly, monthly, annual, etc.

You can hide salary globally in the plugin settings. Use this option if you prefer not to display compensation publicly.

## Classification

- **Job Type** — Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, etc.
- **Job Categories** — One or more categories per job (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Sales)

The plugin stores both job type and categories as WordPress taxonomies. This enables filtering on the frontend.

## Frontend Display

The plugin uses all of the above data to render:

- **Job Directory** — Filterable listing page with job title, excerpt, salary, location, and type
- **Single Job Page** — Full description, metadata, sharing buttons, and application form
- **Job Filters** — Dropdown filters for keyword, category, type, country, state, city, and location type
- **Job Schema** — JSON-LD JobPosting structured data using all available fields (title, description, location, salary, employment type, company info, expiration). See [Job Schema and SEO](https://loxo.w4dev.com/docs/job-schema-and-seo/) for how this data is used.
- **Open Graph Tags** — Meta tags for social media sharing with job title, description, and URL
- **XML Sitemap** — All published jobs with their URLs for search engine discovery

## Job Application

The built-in application form collects the following from applicants. It submits them directly to your Loxo account:

- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Resume file upload

Your Loxo dashboard stores all applications. The plugin also tracks the number of applications submitted through your site for each job.
